About Us

Page Construction Services began in 2010 with a dream to create not only beautiful, functional spaces, but authentic, connected relationships with our clients. It's important to us to navigate the design, development and the construction process along side our clients. So while you won't find us busy on social media, it's because for us it isn't about followers. We're not here to influence anyone, we know that the best experience a homeowner can have when making changes to their home has to be rooted in trust.

Meet Our Team

Our team is literally family, made up of husband and wife, Ryan and Annie Page. What began as a friendship and collaboration back in design school in 1994, has become the cornerstone of Page Construction Services. We've worked hard to create long standing relationships with our specialty trades so when we bring those individuals into our projects they are an extension of us. Lastly, it is our mission to connect with our clients so they not only trust us with the vision of what they want their home to be, but to know that every decision we make is with their best interest at heart. We're not looking to book a job, we're looking to make your house a home.

Ryan Page

Owner/President

Ryan graduated from the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State. Ryan worked as an architect, designer, cabinet maker, project manager and estimator prior to starting Page Construction Services in 2010. He brings with him a comprehensive knowledge of design and construction. Ryan manages, coordinates and develops our sub trades, along with supporting our team in whatever capacity needed. Ryan has been known to turn a project site into an impromptu karaoke stage and enjoys a good bourbon with a smooth cigar when the opportunity arises.

Annie Page

Scheduling, Operations & Design Management

Annie graduated from the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State. She worked as an Urban Planner and project manager until motherhood came along. She's helped in a variety of capacities at Page Construction and worn many hats over the years. She works with clients by walking them through the project process, answering questions, scheduling/operations or working with them on design ideas and materials. Annie also has a strong affinity to 40's music, is drawn to all sorts of critters (and they her) and her love of all things hygge (namely a good mug of hot coffee).
